Can I collect my item from your store?
Yes, please contact us on +44(0)191 261 0180 to arrange which store to collect from. Just print off and bring along your order confirmation, as we will require this as proof of purchase and identity. Your postage will be refunded upon collection.

Overseas orders are shipped using Royal Mail "Airsure" or Royal Mail "International Signed For".
Delivery normally takes 3 - 7 working days for deliveries to Europe.
