REMAKE/REMODEL - EDWIN SS22

REMAKE/REMODEL - EDWIN SS22

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. You and your Edwins, a marriage made in heaven.

With a makeover to match a new contemporary vision, gone are the numerical days of the Japanese denim brand (save a particular favourite). It's not all doom and gloom though, your favourite fits remain in the form of the handiliy branded Slim Taper, Regular Taper and Loose Taper.

Your ED80 fits land flush in a selection of returning greats,  the Kaihara Stretch - Black UnwashedYoshiko Left Hand - Blue Akira & Blue Unwashed and the classic Red Selvage now manufactured to it's original specs via the Kurabo mill with a little twist, an eco-friendly recycled yarn that still nails the vivid indigo of vintage red selvage. Not to be left out in the redesign, the Nihon Menpu - Rainbow Dark Pure Indigo Unwashed is a super charged version of yore, weighing in at a 13.5oz as apposed to it's original 12.7oz variant.

For those with a penchant for the looser jean, the ED55 now comes in a slight looser fit on the thigh with a selection of classics and new finishes to boot. Yoshiko Left Hand in Blue UnwashedBlue AkiraNihon Menpu - Rainbow, Kurabo - Recycled Red landing flush and familiar with a couple of new stretch variants in the Kaihara Stretch - Blue Dark UsedPure Indigo Blue Rinse & Black x Black Rinsed

For those on the straight and narrow, the relaxed jean of choice is now a hybridised design of sorts. Frankendenim. Nihon Menpu - Rainbow Dark Pure Indigo Unwashed is the name and loose straight is the game. But hold your horses you bootcut bastards, they have a bloody taper to boot! Crazy!

Never fear though, neighsayer of the slim cuts. Nashville and ED47 remain in their original form. Classic branding and all. Yeehaw.
