All prices on the website are given in UK Pounds Sterling, and all payments must be made in UK Pounds Sterling.

All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and alternative or a full refund offered. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.

Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.

These Terms and Conditions along with our Invoice and Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and us relating to the provision of goods you have offered to purchase. These conditions supersede all other proposals both aural and written.

Upon ordering we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to make a legal offer to us for you to purchase the goods. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase.

This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition with original labels, We reserve the right to charge a 7% re-stockin)g fee for late returns as well as items missing labels etc. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. Please note - the above information relates only to returns on goods purchased through the Union Clothing website, not at any of our physical retail stores. Customers are responsible for return postage costs  unless agreed in advance Please check in store for such information.

RETURNS
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY


All of the products on this site are top quality authentic brands and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.

However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 working days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a 7% re-stocking fee for late returns as well as items missing labels and poor packaging

UK RETURNS

UK customers should return items to us using their local post office. We would advise you to use a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that go missing on their way back to us.

Important notes on this service:

Please ensure you enclose and leave clear instructions on the invoice we sent out with your order.
Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
Please allow for delivery times when expecting your refund, should you require your refund urgently you may opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery at your own expense.

RETURNS TERMS AND GUIDELINES

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Union Clothing is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
Please make sure that the returns form or clear instructions are enclosed with your goods - the absence of both may result in your return not being processed.
