INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
EU and Worldwide sales may be liable for tax and duty in the destination country.
Value over €45: The recipient is responsible for paying import VAT and customs duty, which can be collected by the delivery service before the item is delivered.
Any amounts requested are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will, however, work with you to resolve any problems.
If purchases are returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, any outstanding fees may be deducted from any refund due, along with initial shipping charges.
If you wish to return an item, you must clearly state “RETURNS” on the package within our address to avoid additional customs charges.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Any additional fees will be deducted from the refund due.
UK DELIVERY
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are approximations only and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to third-party factors.

- Next Working Day Delivery: £5.50 (Excludes Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland)
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be collected Monday for Tuesday delivery.
(Bank Holidays are not working days and will affect delivery times.)

We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £100.00.

DHL eCOMMERCE DELIVERY AND TRACKING
All DHL eCommerce deliveries are fully tracked from collection. Customers can manage delivery preferences with the following options:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
If a delivery is missed, a card will be left with instructions for rearrangement.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
- Customs or import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
- These charges must be paid by the recipient.
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost, as customs policies vary by country.
- The customer is fully liable for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees if refusing to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
- We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
DELIVERY TIMING
The exact delivery price for Europe and worldwide destinations depends on weight and service selected. The amount will be shown at checkout.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be collected the following Monday. No collections are made on Bank Holidays.
