 BREXIT UPDATE

EU SALES MAY BE LIABLE FOR TAX AND DUTY IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY 

Any amounts requested are the sole responsibility of the customer, we will work with you to resolve any problems.
If purchases are returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, any fees outstanding may be deducted from any refund due, together with any initial shipping charges. Finally, if you wish to return an item you must clearly state
 ‘RETURNS’ within our address to eliminate any additional customs charge

UK DELIVERY AND WHO WE USE

We aim to delivery  orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, that may cause delays.

Our courier for all our UK deliveries is DPD Local  we offer UK next working day delivery for £6.50. Orders placed on a Friday before 3.00pm will delivered on the following Monday - orders after 3.00pm will be collected on Monday for Tuesday delivery this is for as many garments as you choose, ( Bank Holidays are not a working day so this will affect delivery times ) Saturday and Sunday 9-5 delivery is £16 via DPD 

 

DPD Local is the innovative parcel carrier around. Thanks to their industry-leading Predict service, they provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so they don't have to wait in all day.

What's more, their revolutionary Follow My Parcel service enables receivers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot, as well as the position you occupy in their delivery queue.

As well as keeping customers informed at every stage of the journey, we believe in maximising choice and convenience. That's why we provide access to a suite of rescheduling options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing customers to take delivery of their goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule, you can:

  • Select an alternative delivery date
  • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
  • Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
  • Collect the parcel from your local Interlink Express depot
  • Upgrade delivery to before 12

We currently use two options for all our European and Worldwide shipping, this enables us to guarantee the best rates

DHL is the industry leader for Express International Delivery, they offer a secure and efficient range of distribution services worldwide including Europe by Road and Air plus Express Worldwide by Air.

DHL ECONOMY SELECT offers a fully trackable service with text alerts, extremely competitive rates and delivery times averaging 2-10 working days, this may vary in more extreme regions due to third party factors that may cause delays, all deliveries must be signed for 

DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS BY AIR deliveries are fully tracked with text alerts generally 2-7  working days but this may vary in more extreme regions due to third party factors that may cause delays, all deliveries must be signed for 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift

 

The exact price for Europe and Worldwide is dependant on weight and the service selected, the amount will be shown on the website at the checkout stage

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 3.00 PM TO ENSURE DELIVERY TIMES

 Orders falling on Friday after 3.00pm will be collected the following Monday - there are no collections on Bank Holidays
