- 1 cup of cheddar & mozzarella mixed
- Two slices of soft white crusty bread, buttered
- Chuck cheese in the centre of bread, spread mayo on the outer of sarnie
- Toastie maker or pan hot hot hot
- Place sandwich in the centre of chosen cooking vessel
- Cook till golden brown on the outer and gooey in the centre
- Salt and pepper to serve with choice of sauce or relish to compliment
