Two brands have introduced a Candiani Selvage jean into their collections. Both are different from one another but made by the Italian denim company.
The Kings of Indigo John Selvage 16oz. Jean comes in a slim fit with a long rise. They are Best worn with a slightly dropped crotch, giving it room at the thighs. The top is straight and rests on the hips. The legs are slim and slightly tapered. The back pockets are a bit longer to create the right shape.
The Hawksmill Denim Co Candiani Selvage Slim Tapered Jean is constructed from Candiani 13.5 oz Selvage Denim , Union made chain stitched hems, belt loops folded under the waistband for extra strength, heavy corded button holes, nickel free copper rivets throughout, pocket linings are constructed from heavy duty sail cloth with printed care instructions, finished off with a leather label to the waistband - with such attention to detail you can rest assured these jeans will give you years of service.
They are constructed in a 100% organic 16 oz. Candiani denim from Italy and come unwashed. This John is part of the Kings of Shuttle Loom collection and therefor has a selvage fly, embroidered inside back pocket and hidden rivets.
